Refund policy
1.Refunds
We have a 30-day Refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing to ask for a refund. your item to request a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@axostories.com to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Currently, only orders within the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Spain are eligible for refund.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Once approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

2.Returns
If you need to return an item because its damaged. or unusable , please contact us at contact@axostories.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Downloadable books.
- Customised or personalised items
- Sale or clearance items
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
